About your office visit:

• Your eyes may be dilated for the examination.
• For your dilated or comprehensive exam, we recommend you bring a driver.
• Your visit may last between 1 and 3 hours depending on the type of evaluation.
• Diabetic patients are asked to bring a snack in case the appointment runs into their lunch or dinner time.

We accept most health insurances. Please check with us before your appointment.

If your insurance plan requires a referral from your primary care physician, please obtain one from your primary care physician’s office before your appointment with us.

We also see patients without insurance.
